Hey, folks. Don't push 25% savings on inventory you don't have, products you can't produce or ship. At the elevated prices your company charges, likely you'd make a pretty fair profit on my order if you could fulfill it. Regardless, would appreciate a simple "not available " rather than a failing load program which is cheap deflection to actually booking an order. Fix that.

Horrible customer service. Have been on hold for over 20 minutes without being able to talk to someone. Ordered 3 items online and needed return labels and a UPS pickup. They only sent 2 labels and UPS won't take the 3 items with only 2 labels. Now cannot get Frontgate on the phone. Will NEVER order from them again.
