Ordered EXPENSIVE,$399.00, vanity stool. About 9 days later I get a catalogue and the same its is OVER $100 LESS!!!

Called customer service and asked what my price on my order was. It was $399 NOT the new lower price. They do not automatically extend lower price to orders awaiting shipment. "Donna" had a terrible attitude, actually huffed that "she would have to create duplicate order to see my price", LIED and said my existing order shipping would be "around $59.00" when their written policy states it is 10% on the cost of my item.

After pushing she FINALLY adjusted my price. It was clear that she was not Customer Service, she was Customer DIS-SERVICE. She said that their policy on price match is 30 days. However, YOU have to know it changed.

I'm thankful I glanced through the catalogue; I almost there it out. Frankly, the service from this "high end" retailer is poor. This isn't the first time I have encountered an attitude. So, I'm done.

Off the mailing list and will NEVER purchase again. They need to take lesson from Wayfair, not just in customer service but how to build an easy, intuitive web site.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.
