Just got off the phone with Frontgate's "customer care" representative. Slammed the phone down on her.
We purchased their "high quality, uber expensive" outdoor Melrose sofas and end tables and they have completely fallen apart and they think a 10% off gift certificate will compensate for this? We are out thousands of dollars. We could have bought this *** at Target or Walmart and had it last as long. We have them 3 years and they are useless.
Have to be replaced. Tired of them saying they understand my frustration. NO. They do not.
Their job is to make us whole and try and get their company's reputation back. Do not buy anything expensive from them as their products are sheer garbage.
