Placed order on April 28th for Carlise chat set with orginal ship date of 6/17. Ship date changed to 7/17, 8/7, and now 8/21 (which I have no confidence in) Customer service is useless.
I ask for escalation and they refer me to HSNi, who is responsible for shipping issues I presume. They are equally useless and unhelpful. Ordered a swinging daybed soon after, same issues....Don't know how a company can survive when consumers demand everything instantly and this company can't deliver, AT ALL....
My disappointment is largely unappreciated by Frontgate and their form notifications of shipping delays disrespectful. Seems to be a recent issue as I have purchased many items in the past without difficulty or delay.
