Bath mat will not dry. I purchased a bath mat to go with towels and after washing it and putting it through several spin only cycles it will not dry but is soaking wet.

I was all set to order $350 worth of towels and they wanted to charge me $60 to ship to Philadelphia. Forget that I will get my towels elsewhere! This is just ridiculous.
They should either give free shipping over a certain amount or at least reasonable.This is not good for customers.

In 2012, we furnished our home from Frontgate. We had an excellent experience.
We spent over $50,000 at that time. The quality was great, and the customer service was even better. This year, we needed to replace the cushions on all of the outdoor furniture. Frontgate did not have exact replacements, so we ordered the highest quality, closest match.
When we unboxed them, they were not high quality. They were covered with thin cloth that would not last a year, let alone the 12 years the originals lasted. The return process was easy until I realized that the refund was only two-thirds of what we had paid. Shipping, which was really expensive, had been deducted.
So, buyers should beware. The quality was misrepresented, and you will not get a full refund.

Greatly disappointed in finish on product after 3 years
On September 13th 2021 I purchased two items
the Amara Console coffee table and side table
from "Frontgate"
It arrived as shown on the internet, a soft gold tone. I noticed that the
two tables finished started to peel off a year and a half after I received it.
Item #173023 side table $499.00 and
coffee table item #173227 $1,999.00 not including shipping,
After notifying Frontgate they explain they only have a 1 year warranty. Sooooo if you have $4,000 to invest in throw away furniture shop at Frontgate

A real person answered my call. He was knowledgeable, spoke clearly and English was his first language.
The representative did not honor my request to use a promotions code. I'd missed the date by two days because I did not want to purchase the items before our house closing to purchase date, just in case.
The gamble was mine and I take responsibility. Frontgate did lose the $1000 sale of items, however.

Terrible warranty and return policy
Bought a $90 lit wreath that worked for one holiday season (2 months), and then the light timer stopped working. Since it was beyond one year of purchase, they would not offer to replace the timer.
I asked for the name of the manufacturer so I could contact them directly, but they would not give out that information.
Terrible product and customer service. Will never purchase anything from Frontgate again.

Front gate took care of our problem
I bought 2 floaty end of last summer we never used them but took them out of the box they had a bad chemical smell thought over the winter the smell will get better but they haven't it almost makes us sick
