On September 13th 2021 I purchased two items

the Amara Console coffee table and side table

from "Frontgate"

It arrived as shown on the internet, a soft gold tone. I noticed that the

two tables finished started to peel off a year and a half after I received it.

Item #173023 side table $499.00 and

coffee table item #173227 $1,999.00 not including shipping,

After notifying Frontgate they explain they only have a 1 year warranty. Sooooo if you have $4,000 to invest in throw away furniture shop at Frontgate

A real person answered my call. He was knowledgeable, spoke clearly and English was his first language.

The representative did not honor my request to use a promotions code. I'd missed the date by two days because I did not want to purchase the items before our house closing to purchase date, just in case.

The gamble was mine and I take responsibility. Frontgate did lose the $1000 sale of items, however.

Bought a $90 lit wreath that worked for one holiday season (2 months), and then the light timer stopped working. Since it was beyond one year of purchase, they would not offer to replace the timer.

I asked for the name of the manufacturer so I could contact them directly, but they would not give out that information.

Terrible product and customer service. Will never purchase anything from Frontgate again.

Sent a picture and a message about a week ago and haven't heard back. I'm wondering if I can buy the part that the retractable hose hangs from that is the part that broke and I wanted to know this soon as possible because of the 70% off sale ending t

I bought 2 floaty end of last summer we never used them but took them out of the box they had a bad chemical smell thought over the winter the smell will get better but they haven't it almost makes us sick

The technician said the item had been discontinued and offered no help.

The website say sold out

The item is the foldable wagon.

I need to replace the back tires which disintegrated.

The item came to me broken and i refused it and then cancelled the order I expect a full refund!!!fggghghgghh

Missing tree stand

The box had been opened, didnt know at the time. Not only missing Treestand also missing instructions

Seems everything I've ever ordered from Frontgate takes at least a month to get and most the time 3 to 4 months. Ordered another sheet set in Feb 2022, its now June 2022 still no sheets.

I order comfort mats based on what their website said delivery date would be and nope that date has come and gone still no comfort mats, I probably wont see them till Dec.

We bought 2 of their Palermo sofas in 2014 and the metal tubing under both of them is broken in 3 places on each. They are unusable by any adult and Frontgate has offered only a gift certificate for 10% at there store.

So much for the 10year frame warranty.

I'm the heaviest person in the family at 195 lbs and we've never had more than 4 people on it at one time and the couches have always been indoors. I have added wood legs to the couches but the cushions are way too thin for a product at this price point and you feel the broken frame through them.

While furnishing a new home, I forgot that I had ordered an item that I had since changed my mind about. Just had to return it.

Received on email from Frontgate promoting free shipping in addition to their best online offer. Deception at its best!!
